  • The app WILL NOT download on my phone.

    I've never had any trouble with this ok the past until about a month ago I deleted the app for space and when I tried to reinstall it would not download. At first I would press the cloud button and it would load for about 2 seconds and then go back to the cloud button. Then when I would press the cloud button it would go to the secondary load button with the square in the middle but now it will not do anything other than that. If I try and stop the download it fades slightly but as soon as I move the page or my screen goes dark it just goes back to the loading button with the square. Ive reset my phone I've closed the App Store I've signed out to try and reboot it and I've even just reset all of my phones settings it just won't work.

    I love Netflix but I have a HUGE problem... Almost all the Anime on here is subbed... (In Japanese) i would LOVE you guys would make more of the Animes in english! Like... 'Sword Art Online 2', 'The Devil os a part timer' and few more! Also i would like it if you stopped taking shows everyone is in the middle in! Thank you for reading my review and u hope you guys can consider my request.
  • Too many errors

    The app works fine when I use my data however is not working with my wifi. And I tested my wifi with other video streaming apps like YouTube and Hulu and they are working perfectly fine with my wifi. I restarted my phone twice and reconnected to my wifi three times but it still isn't working. This is really pissing me off. Fix it now!!
  • VPN Issue

    Netflix has apparently decided that I should not be able to watch any content because I am using a VPN. This is despite the fact that I am located in the US and pay for an account in the US and attach to a VPN server in the US.

    Why on earth would you even be considering pulling one of your highest watched shows? If you pull this show I will absolutely cancel my subscription and just use my Hulu. Guaranteed I'm not the only that feels this way - you're gonna lose a lot of business. Greys is the only show I'll watch over and over - guess I'll have the extra money to buy the box sets after cancelling Netflix!

    Ever since this last update on march 21st on iPads, the app is constantly crashing!!! Not just with streaming, but with downloading anything too. There aren't any problems on the app for iPhones so what went wrong? It's irritating.

  • Bugs in the latest version

    Netflix is a WONDERFUL service, however, there is a few bugs in its app that I've seen in this update, PiP doesn't work for me when I've downloaded an episode, and when watching an episode on PiP connected to the internet, when Netflix is making it go to the next episode, It loads, and loads, and loads, forever. It doesn't go to the next episode, so I have to go in the app and press the back button and go back in. This is extremely annoying when watching 20-min long episodes or binge watching while doing other stuff. also, when you have downloaded and watched episodes, it won't sync what episodes you watched to the server when reconnected to the internet.
